I feel like they're going to somehow make it p2w from the start with the early access and then release with only a couple hundred people steadily playing and then add even more p2w options into the live version of the game. So, to answer your question it seems p2w is going to be entwined with this version as well. They're apparently releasing a new Mobile game and are asking for money for "Pre-subscription" (that's what Google translate says). Okay so I just looked it up, it's the same people who made 4Story, looked them up to see what they're all about - they're still running it (honestly thought it was shutdown years back) and they mostly deal with Mobile games now.
